The new site was to be aligned with the Sunrise CI and its business website while maintaining the brand identity of Medinex. Structure and user journey of the existing site were to be maintained to facilitate access to the information required without having to learn new ways to get there.
The Medinex website does not offer online selling and instead directs the visitor to its shops or shops of Sunrise partners. An integrated map of points-of-sale which is constantly updated is a vital function to achieve this objective.
Due to the complex history of the existing website that had involved various agencies and changing teams at both Medinex and Sunrise, reconstructing the processes was an important preparatory phase which Hennig carried out to everybody’s satisfaction.
Realisation and follow-up
Pricing is a key sales tool in the Sunrise world and there was very little time to complete the new website. It also means that updating the site must be fast and straightforward as the telecommunications provider runs frequent campaigns promoting new products or prices. Since Medinex serves different groups of users Hennig has to create landing pages, ad banners or pop-ups in French, German, Italian and English at short notice.
