Artificial sets, interchangeable models and ultra-clean setups are not our cup of tea. We look for real people who are naturally charismatic. Work environments have a charm of their own as well as real sites in the normal world. Authenticity for us means not intervening (too much) and respecting people’s privacy to make sure they are at ease and at their best.
